It also created token related global variables. Furthermore, some number of pseudo tokens are created during system initialization. These tokens are tracked down and replaced with real tokens. Arguments: None. Return Value: A value of TRUE is returned if the object type descriptor is successfully initialized. Otherwise a value of FALSE is returned.
